Richard will outlines the progress to raise £1.5 million pounds to build a new Patriot class steam engine here in Llangollen, to mark the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War.  The engine has been endorsed by the Royal British Legion and it is hoped the loco will be built in time to take part in commemoration events in 2018
