Llangollen Walking & Outdoor Weekend 25-26th Sept. 2010

This is a new event in the Dee Valley, North Wales - the first event was held in 2009 and included the opening of the Llangollen Climbing Centre, and the town welcomed 100s of walkers to a series of led walks and events.

This year there will again be a weekend programme of guided and self led walks, and the event also serves as a showcase for the heritage of the area, including the Llangollen Canal and the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, newly granted World Heritage status.
